One capture card. HDMI and DualSense share one clock. The board stays blank until a ConfirmTicket licenses digits. Pad glyphs couple to the picture — they do not invent it.
Board not licensed — this is a page. Empty glyphs stay empty. A live Now pair waits on the laptop with the card.

HDMI frames and DualSense edges share clock_ns. Video clock, pad clock, and chat clock do not live in three programs.
Score digits need score_vlm_locked and a ConfirmTicket. Flag-only lock stays dark. Quota, menu, and no key become one sentence.
Capture-ring files stay on the box. Coupling, buttons, and OTel traces ride the same clock. No clip API as the product.
BT DualSense Edge is the play pipe. USB into the laptop is observe-only. Glyphs couple to the HDMI clock. A still pad is presence evidence, not a fail.
The capture card is the brain. Everything else is a glass.
